Exchange Policy
We have a 7-days exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
An unboxing video is required for an exchange to proceed. The video should clearly show the unopened package and then the unboxing process, highlighting any damaged or incorrect items. This is required for us to process your claim. Thank you for your understanding.

An exchange will not be accepted if the items are sent back without first contacting us.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Returns
DO YOU WANT TO RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER?
To start the return process, you must notify us within 3 days of your purchase by contacting our customer service.
We can only entertain a return if you have received a damaged or wrong article from our end.

Packs
Packs of products (containing more than one item) are considered one item, so their packaging may not be opened and they may not be returned partially or individually.
Accessories
Accessories must be returned with the original packaging intact.
How Long Do I Have to Make Returns?
The deadline for all returns is 3 calendar days from the delivery date.
Do I Have to Pay for Returns?
If you have received a wrong or damaged article, we will arrange a pickup and bear the courier charges.
How Will My Money Be Refunded?
Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount via:

When Will I Receive the Refund?
- If you opt for a coupon, you will receive it via email.
- If you opt for a refund, it will be processed within 7β10 business days.
What Should I Do If the Return Amount Is Incorrect?
Contact our Customer Service department and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Desiderio.pk reserves the right to refuse returns requested or sent outside the set deadline, or for items not in the same condition in which they were received.
Do You Refund the Shipping Costs If I Return All Items in an Order?
No. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
